Book Club: This group chooses a book to read and discuss each month.  Books are chosen from the best-seller lists and recommendations of members.  This group welcomes new attendees.

Coffee Socials: Various ministry groups sponsor a social after masses throughout the year, providing an opportunity to meet other parish members.  Please contact the parish secretary to schedule a coffee social sponsored by your group.

 

Faith-Full Friends: They meet the third Tuesday of every month (except July and August) for a luncheon and speaker, and is open to men and women 50 years and older. This group also has programs such as dinner and theater evenings as well as day and overnight trips.

Garden Club: This group was formed to assist in maintaining and improving our parish grounds so that it is a welcoming and joyful place for our parishioners and visitors. All of the work is performed by dedicated volunteers and through the generosity of donations.

Ministry of Fun: The Ministry of Fun and Fellowship is a social group for all adults. There are no dues or membership fees. Our purpose is to meet new people and renew old friendships within our parish family. It’s also an opportunity to get to know better the people we serve with in the many ministries of St. Richard Parish. We have four activities a year: a dinner in January, card party in April, potluck in July and Bunco in October. We welcome all adults and are open to new ideas.

Welcoming Committee: This group welcomes new parishioners through cards, calls and a social to meet other parishioners.

 

St. Richard Annual Golf Outing and Fundraiser:  This fundraiser began last year and was held at Mallard Creek Golf Course.  The proceeds from this event will go towards our church expenditures.  The fee included 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, draft beer, dinner, pop and water.  Please reserve Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012.   Registration forms will be available in late spring and will also be available at the rectory and through the parish website.
