The Garden Club was
formed in Spring of 2005 to assist in beautifying our parish
grounds so it is a welcoming, joyful place for our parishioners
and visitors.
All of our work is by dedicated volunteers
and through the generosity of donations. Please call the
rectory if you would like to be a volunteer, or make a donation.

July 2009: from
the Garden
Club - THANK YOU!
St.
Richard Garden Club
would like to express
our gratitude to all who
participated in our
Perennial Plant
Sale. Many hearts and
hands contributed to
this success. We would
like to especially thank
those dear friends who
shared special and
unusual plants with our
parish for this sale.
Please remember us when
dividing up your
perennials or specialty
plants and save them for
our perennial plant sale
next May.
"The
earth has yielded its
harvest; God, our God,
blesses us."
(Ps 67:7).

GOOD FOR THE BODY, FOOD FOR THE SOUL
If you love God's beauty in nature and enjoy working outside,
you can make a difference with the St. Richard Garden Club. The
members maintain and beautify our parish Meditation and Lenahan
Gardens. The members meet weekly as a group or
individually as time permits. See the Gardens as they
bloom and change throughout the seasons. For more
information, contact Karen (440-777-3311).
The rewards are out of this world!
'As
the earth brings forth its plants, and a garden makes its growth
spring up, So will the Lord God make justice and praise spring
up before all the nations.' Is 61:11 |
